Customer Appreciation Event for PERL Mortgage at The Country Mill

It is always a pleasure to assist our corporate clients with a customer appreciation event. We love customer appreciation events because they are a great opportunity for businesses to increase brand awareness and customer value. Thanking past clients allows businesses to show that they care about their community and often leads to opportunities for referrals!

In October, we assisted PERL Mortgage with their fall customer appreciation event that took place at The Country Mill in Charlotte, MI. The main event requirements were to incorporate an activity that was family friendly with a schedule that would be flexible for a large group of attendees. We landed on creating an “open house style” corporate event at a local cider mill that would allow clients to stop by on their own schedule.

We took advantage of the fall themed activities that the cider mill already had in-house and we also created a small refreshment table for guests to snack on when they stopped by. In addition to the event festivities, PERL wanted to gift their clients something unique and memorable. In order to accomplish this, we created a custom photo booth activation complete with a backdrop and subtle branding. After the event, we sent the photos to the families that attended, along with a thank you for attending the event. The event was a success and PERL Mortgage loved this creative gift idea. The family photo was a great way to give clients a gift to remember – mission accomplished!
